Gasfitter Needed – Rinnai Infinity Hot Water Not Igniting

Our Rinnai Infinity instant gas hot water system isn’t igniting after being unused for a week while we were away. The unit powers on and the fan runs for ~20 seconds, but then shuts down without heating. Same thing happened last time we went away. I got it going by pulsing the hot tap on/off 10 or so times, but this time no luck. I’ve already tried a hard reset (disconnected power for 10 minutes) and we’re on natural gas. We’re based in Arch Hill and need this fixed ASAP tomorrow (Monday) morning. Please get in touch with availability and an estimate for call-out/repair. Cheers, Nick
