Property total prune and garden tidy-up

Require a total clean-up of the property including the cutting/pruning of all scrubs in the front, down the sides of the house and around the back. There needs to be clear access on paths and around the whole house, but currently it is very overgrown. Also want a good tidy-up of the gardens including the front gardens either side of the driveway. The garden on the right of the driveway has a large cycad that is too large now and would like it removed. Also would like all the scrubs on the left of the house bordering the deck balustrade, topped at the balustrade level to open up the view and increase light in to the house. Note, that while we want the area at the immediate back of the house cleared, the bush on the sloping part of the section at the back should be left as is. All green material to be removed and disposed of thanks.
