Section mow & maintenance

Hi - we're looking for an experienced green finger to mow & look after the section of our rental property in Island Bay. Open to a one-off, but ideally we would like someone on a regular basis. Generally it is easiest to mow the section using a weed eater due to some areas of slight elevation. As a guide, It takes me around 20-30 mins to mow the section (front, side and rear). Other tasks would include (as required): - clearing steps of debris (sticks/stones ect) to prevent hazards - clearing pebble path of weeds - maintaining (fertilising/staking/looking after) a small number of young citrus and lavender plants; and any other general landscape maintenance (e.g. spraying weeds).
