Help our garden sell our house

We are planning on putting our house on the market mid-January and need your help to make the garden a selling point! The garden is currently tidy but lacking wow factor. It's not a large space, includes some grass, flower beds, a tree and Bush or two but currently nothing fancy. You have three months to work your magic 😊
