Lawn maintenance

I have approximately 60sqm of lawns that is desperate need of care. It has mold growing on parts of the top soil, has a sowbug infestation, and ivy that needs to be significantly cut back and removed. What I would like done: (1) Remove mold and top up with new layer of topsoil and re-seeded, where required. (2) Remove all ivy that are on the wooden fences (both sides of fence). (3) Cut back (trim) ivy from base and ivy removed. (4) A layer of spray to get rid of the sowbugs. Thank you.
