weed removal + lay plastic sheeting + pebbles

Hello THE JOB: Remove weeds and install plastic weed mat/ PVC sheeting and pebbles at the front of a rental property. I own the 2 – flat property at 12, Brooklyn Road, Te Aro. The area of interest is the front section, currently covered in weeds, which extends from the 2 car spaces, up to a small lawn and washing line. I have just sprayed the weeds, and so I expect them to die within 1-2 weeks. I am looking for someone to remove the weeds, and lay down plastic weed mat/black PVC and pebbles. I do not want to use regular weed mat. The land is slightly sloping, so it may require a trench/ French drain to cope with a large rainfall.
