Regular weed eating of lawn

We have a three terraced property with not particularly easy access for a lawn-mower - which we understand. We're seeking someone to weed-eat (or mow if they'd prefer) the lawns and trim some hedges occasionally on request (or not if that isn't part of their service offering). There isn't a huge area to do as on one of the terraces there's a studio. It's also not a lawn that we're super careful about as it's mainly made up of weeds like dandelion not grass. Ideally, we'd like someone who can offer a rough timing in which the service will occur. (i.e. the day and morning or afternoon, no exact time).

I could not fault Richie on any count. 12/10. His communication was swift and informative. He arrived to quote incredibly quickly and completed the job the next day. The price was great and his workmanship outstanding. He also has a lovely friendly manner. I'm super happy to have found him for our job.
