Tenants have moved out and now need to get in and weed the gardens - mostly grass! Lawns and house have edges that need weeding and general tidying about 3 hours work. Currently bin out front to take waste. Needs to be done early this week.

Frank responded early to our request - tidy up the grounds for guests- mostly weeding, came when he said he would and did a great job for a reasonable fee. Very happy to have him back for any gardening work.
