Gardening on steep bank

We need regular maintenance and occasional planting on a steep bank. We have had several gardeners that promise to do the bank and then let us down therefore please only interact if you are serious about this type of work. We anticipate two / three hours of effort every 2 weeks (based on me doing this). However it maybe that you could simplify the bank to make it easier. Most of the bank already has great ground cover and therefore lots of the weeds dont come through any more. However we do need new plants. If this works out we will have other work e.g. lawns cutting, hedges trimming, feed and weed lawn, etc...
