1. Mow lawns fortnightly - will take 45 minutes to an hour. 2. Keep front of property tidy - perhaps an hour monthly: - weed/tidy front rose gardens - weed/tidy back and side gardens - weed-spray gravel driveway - weed-spray lawn edges Less than $100 a month if possible.
