Ongoing - Lawn + Ad hoc garden maintainence

We have a rental property in need of semi regular maintenance, on behalf of tenants. This is a two part job. 1 - Regular - 3 seperate levels of small grass areas - perhaps just in need of a quick weed eater, every 3 or so weeks? It is not fast growing, especially at this time of the year. 2 - As required, tree/ bush trimming - general tidy of outside.
