One-off job - Need complete clearing of large weeds and general lawn-work

Hi, need about 60sqm of yard cleared of any large weeds(some areas only), mowing of yard and general cleanup with waste removal. Any problematic weeds might need appropriate weedkiller use. Please let me know if you need further information, or a visual quote - the property is in Glendene, West Auckland. Would prefer someone who can work responsibly and has solid reviews.
