"These are things we are unhappy with:
1) The property still looks highly untidy (pictures attached)
2) What was discussed and agreed upon at initial meet in person was not completed
4) We were told by yourself, that you will not come and complete the remainder of the tasks however, these tasks were agreed upon on the first day.
5) Left the property messy and work incomplete to standard. Soil not leveled properly and cuttings, leaves, grass all over the place. Plastic pots left."
