Clearing garden bed for the spring

Hi there. I have a 3m x 1.5m (approx) garden bed on my property that is overgrown with weeds, and has a small wooly nightshade tree growing there. I'd really appreciate some help removing the tree and roots if possible, and clearing the weeds out of the bed. Would ideally like this to be a chemical free job as will be growing a food garden here. Thank you
