Easy care garden make over

We have a 700 sqm section with a 241sqm house on it - it leaves some large garden areas. We’ve been in the house 18 years & tried to keep on top of it but we both hate gardening & are not getting any younger! We’d like to make it more low maintenance/retirement friendly, by putting stone down (we have a couple of small areas already done) & reducing some planting. Generally tidy it up if we can so we have less/minimal ongoing weeding or maintenance. We do have some larger shrubs that have probably got a bit too big & will need cutting back & some flax plants that we would like removed. Ideally, we are looking for a free quote if possible at this stage & hope you might be able to help.
