Mow lawns monthly over summer months. Section is approx 40m by 40m in Highfield with the house and other areas not needing mown covering approx 300m2, so about 1200 to 1300m2 of mainly flat lawn with a small area gently sloping. Will need a ride-on or similar large mower. Grass is currently maintained by ourselves to lowest 1 or 2 settings on our rotary mower, but can be allowed to grow longer.
