I am looking to clean up the exterior and yard of Grandma's home for sale. Job needs doing before 7 March. Gardens are overgrown and complex, and the purchasers would prefer the garden to be simplified. Esp. if that's cheaper than restoring the garden. 609m2 section, though lawns and gardens about 1/3rd. Border gardens around the fence line. Responding with a day rate / half-day rate plus references is OK. She's hard to reach, so I need 2-3 days' notice of site visits to ensure she's ready and only between 9 am-4 pm on Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri.
