Plant a hedge.

We have an area 1.5m wide x 20-30m between a new concrete mowing strip and a fence along the back of the property which we would like landscaped. 1. The excess dirt and weeds need to be removed so that when the river rocks (see below) are put on top they sit below the mowing strip height. 2. 15m (approx) of hedging needs to be planted. 3. River rocks need to be put down around the hedging and existing trees in the mowing strip.
