Plant up to 100m of hedges

I have a property that boarders a stream. For safety and security, I would like to put a hedge along the entire side that boarders the stream. That would be about 50 - 75m. I would also like to extend that hedgerow to cover the front of the property, so that it followed the garden fence, approx 30m. The ground is clear and flat, so the quote would be to prep and plant the hedgerows. If an additional quote for creating a boardered bed for the hedge, filled with either bark or gravel / stones, could be provided, that'd be great.
