Weed, edge grass and pruning

I need overgrown weeds pulled out and the smaller ones I guess can be sprayed. Trimming of plants and small trees to look nice and not so bushy. Olive Trees to be tightened again as wind has made some of the ropes tare. Grass will be mowed but edges needs to be made nice with a gravel.
