Front of property needs a significant one-off "reset" prune to get it neat for tenants. It is a modern house with native plants that have overgrown.
Scope of Work:
1. Lawn: Cut/mow of the very overgrown weedy lawn and clean edging along the concrete paths.
2. Large Grass/Strappy Plants (Flax etc.): Aggressive cut back/thinning of the multiple large clumps blocking the entryway path and garage side.
3. Reddish-Brown Wirey Bushes (Pohuehue etc.): These need a hard prune right back to the fence line or concrete border.
4. Young Leaning Trees (Kōwhai): I would like these straightened and staked using wood planks/stakes if viable. Alternatively, if they are too far gone or will be high-maintenance, I am happy for them to be removed completely to keep the area tidy. Please quote for your recommended option.
5. Waste Removal: Quote must include the removal and proper disposal of all green waste from the site.
Looking for a functional, tidy "rental finish" - not delicate landscaping or ongoing shaping. Easy access.
