Clear grass before planting

We plan on planting new areas on our property and before doing that we'd like to kill off the grass. We'd like the following areas sprayed: - The top of the berm close to the back of the house, next to the concrete driveway and garage in the pictures - Large mound of dirt behind the garage. We plan on using the dirt to fill in areas - Berm by the water tanks - Grass area behind the water tanks next to the driveway. It has rocks from fine up to 100mm through out that makes it difficult to clean up so we plan on planting out the area - Dispersal field below the house to the front We want to start with the berm by the house/garage and large mound. Based on our progress to get these areas planted out we can kill the grass in other areas. I've included photos of the first two areas. If a site visit would be best to estimate a cost, please let me know. Thanks Josh
