We have a lifestyle block and need someone to come once a week to maintain the property, weeding mostly, which includes; a mulched orchard, a long lavender bank, general weed spraying around driveway and edges, fence lines, weed eating around house and fence lines, full on attack of all kykuyia grass around trees and flaxes in our gardens. Removal of grass encroaching onto concrete areas. We prefer organic methods and actual removal and mulching rather than spraying too much although sometimes it's needed. Also needed at times is dock and or buttercup removal from paddocks (1.5 acres) and removal of all toxic weeds. Weekly is enough to stay on top of things. We are in Woodhill near Helensville and are flexible on the day you can come, but we are happy to provide 6 hours a week work. We'd like someone who has some knowledge of gardening, knows a weed from a plant, and can use their nouse to do things that need doing without needing a daily task list from me. The odd plant or tree replacement is also needed, and open to suggestions always. Also we only want someone who can commit to weekly. Monthly just means the job is bigger when you're there.
