Lawn mowing, including weed eating 28 Onepu Lane, Manly

Hi, I’m looking for someone to mow and weed-eat/weed around things like down pipes etc for 28 & 28a Onepu Lane in Manly. The section 640m2, flat and a perfect rectangle. It is one section with two houses on it. Photos are examples of the weed eating that we’re also wanting to be done (not just a mow and run job), plus a photo from the road. The grass between the two driveways (with the trees, but NB some of the trees have now been cut down) is to be mowed as part of the job. Thanks
