Backyard needs a hack n slash

We have a largish backyard area that needs a hack and slash. There are a lot of weeds, and also a problematic patch of blackberry that has self seeded which needs removing. We want to get it all hacked right back and blackberry removed to prepare the site for planting. We are looking to pay $25- $30 per hour. You will need a brushcutter as the contour of the site means that's pretty much the only tool that's fit for purpose.
