Garden Rejig (Garden and Cement lay)

We are wanting to move a small wooden retainer wall - 2 pieces of wood height (about 30cm) back from its current position by approximately 1m (about 3 m in length). This will require removing the current soil and dumping about 3m away, moving the small retainer wall and then laying a new cement slab to "match" the current area. Picture is really small but might give you an idea of wall size
