Remove garden dirt/soil

Remove excessed garden dirt to the same level of the lawn (around the backyard. At the moment it about 20 to 30cm above the ground). Then flate it and get the new lawn in. Also removed current lawn and lay new lawn if possible. Hopefully can get it done ASAP.
