Section Tidy-Up #2

Hi We lost our house in a fire in 2017 and have rebuilt on the same section and moved back in nearly a year ago. The section was largely untouched during this time except for what was removed for building work. We have had a company come in and clear a large dirt pile and other construction waste left behind. We have now had fencing and gates put up we really want to work on the kerb appear of the front our property so to speak (we are located down a shared driveway). The plan is to work our way around in zones due to the budget. We are ideally looking for someone who is honest and reliable and willing to offer a reasonable hourly rate. Our plan is to say we can afford x number of hours this fortnight etc. and continue on a regular gradual basis rather than a large initial outlay which is not in our budget. The work includes at this stage mainly weeding, weed mat removal and hedge trimming. We want to put either hydroseeding or turf (not artificial grass) at the front with some nice pots with established plants, the move down to the patio area then eventually around to the back.
