"Communication was good. The tradesman agreed to take on the job, then the day he was to start he advised he was delayed on another job. All good. Then when he was due to start the second time he came to see me to say he had hurt his leg and I should find someone else...but could I please give him a good review anyway. I was a but annoyed to be honest and felt he really had decided he just didn't want to work here. To be fair the Communication was ok which is why the 4 but I wouldn't use again"
