Line-trimming and weed removal Devonport

We've just moved back into our house after a long reno and the garden is in a state! Looking for someone available early this week to do the following: Back yard (see pics, the area with the bbq): - line trim all the long grass. This area will have a digger coming in to do drainage so it doesn't need to be perfectly cleared but just generally cut back a bit to make it easier for workers and also so that the parts of the lawn that aren't going to get dug up don't get too out of control. Front yard (see pics, the area with the black decking) - Remove weeds. A lot of it is 'elephant ear' (see pics) which I believe may need to be sprayed to be effectively removed? Looking for some advice on this. There are some rose bushes adjacent that we'd like to keep. - Remove 3x ornamental trees with the red berries and 1x hebe bush. - Remove all green waste from front yard. Please advise availability, relevant experience around the elephant ear and hourly rate in your response. I'll only be chatting with responses that include a cover letter relevant to this job.
