Olive Tree Hedge Trim

I would like my olive tree hedge to be trimmed both top and sides, it is approx 3 - 3.5 m tall and 5-6 m long. I also have another smaller hedge adjacent to this that I would like trimmed to the same height, this is not thick and height easily accessed from next door. I would like another hedge tidied up as well this is around 6m long and approx 2.5 m tall. Only one side and the top of this hedge which is quite narrow. Not olive but the hedging that is very common and has red tips on the leaves at this time of year. Best regards Julie
