Complete Garden tidy up

Need to remove weeds, complete clean up and tidy up from and back yard. Front yard has pebbles.. need to remove all re set new weed mat ( weed mat and pin will be provided) and put back pebbles. Back yard is about 12mtr by 2 mtr on a slight incline. Has a lot of weeds growing. Need to remove all weeds and level the soil evenly on the slope.
