Tidy garden for selling house

I will be selling the house soon and want the garden tidyed from winter's leaves, and some dead shrubs etc. removed, perhaps a little trimming. There is also a small 'wilderness' area that is a little overgrown and needs to be thinned. So basically take a slightly neglected property and tidy up the garden so it looks at least tidy.
