Garden Clearance

My Mums garden is a reasonable size for a city section but not huge. I want to get it done over as a surprise for my Mum as a thank you for everything she has done. Unfortunately however she has planted agapanthas everywhere and they have taken over! I really just need to get them out before I can do anything but I don't have the energy or strength to do it due to health problems. I am currently on a sickness benefit due to my health and only have some savings so I am on a bit of a budget also.
