Garden Tidy

We have purchased a 1950s bungalow with heaps of garden. It hasn't been maintained for some time and is fairly overgrown. We have made a start on it but don't really have the tools to make much progress. Would involve weeding, digging, making some small rock surrounds from old bricks and rocks we have here and other similar tasks. Just looking to see how much work it would take. We will be doing a lot more landscaping etc. later on so will be looking for someone to form long term gardening relationship with.
