Rubbish n tree removal + Tidy up garden

Picture 1 and 2 Need a quote for redo the lawn- either turf, stone chips, barks or Re-do from seed, I have a dog not sure which is a better way. We want it cheap and easy cos we don't use that area at all. Also need those rubbish to go, most of are pallet board, wood, old timber, old branches， some general waste， all up about 2 cubes - 3 cubes. 3 I do also have a big apricot tree to be fully removed for a new construction(different locate in Taradale). The 3rd picture shows the tree size ( found on internet, roughly about same size), Please make sure you can remove the tree completely so won't affect the building in the future.
