Keen gardener required

We have just purchased a property in whatamango bay, and would really like to improve the landscaping. We would like the property to have a cottage style garden, lavender, Hardy wildflowers and lots of climbing plants to cover retaining. We are looking for someone who is experienced with this type of planting, cuttings, and encouraging plants to climb and flower without a great deal of maintenance. And generally improve the landscape which has been fairly neglected. We live outside nz currently so would be looking for someone to take on this responsibility and and visit the property a few times a month to maintain garden and surrounds.
