Garden pre winter tidy up

I have a 900sqm section at my tenanted house in otaki, it has a lot of established trees and the gardens can get really wild over winter especially, so I would like to send a gardener in for a day or two once every 6 months to keep it under control and looking loved. Would involve weeding, pruning, and maybe some new planting if recommended. Not urgent but I understand it's almost the right time for pruning so putting the job out there. Photo is of part of the garden when it was at its best but it is not an accurate representation currently.
