Weeding and transplaning - please read carefully

In October, I will be creating a new garden and would like to transplant some plants into it. Existing gardens are overgrown and also require weeding. There are 2 options for this job: Job #1. Transplant plants from current gardens into new garden and weed existing gardens - you must have knowledge of growing conditions and best placement in the garden for the plants and understand the best way to transplant without killing them. Job #2. Regular weeding of gardens once they're established. When applying, please be clear which job you are applying for. For job #2 please clarify costs associated for the job (assuming this will be an hourly rate).
