Ongoing gardening services

I have a large established garden and need assistance to keep it in good shape. I'm looking for a retainer with a monthly charge. I'm happy with the gardener deciding what needs doing over the month and having a long term plan. Will need weeding and trimming, removing plants when needed etc. I will look after my small vegetable garden and fill in with lawns when needed. However, the garden is definitely too big for me to keep on top of.
