All plants around house to be removed including flax and lavender. Fruit tree to be trimmed. Climbing hedge to be trimmed. Weed mat and mulch to be put in and lomandra plants (or something similar) to be put in the border garden immediately around the house. Lawns to be mowed including edges staightened and waste removed. Also need a bit of re-seeding with stakes and tape (so tradies don't drive over the new seed). Quoting available anytime.
