Large Section needs some TLC - lawn mowing & edging
Job description
Our lovely 1/4acre section could do with a regular 3-4mths lawns/grounds maintenance "beauty treatment" - including mowing, edges, and removing/treating any weeds - just a general tidy-up. Some months there'll be more garden tidy-up work to do - so best to quote your hourly rate - and approx. number of hours you reckon it will take you to do a big section like ours?

Mike CHERRIE is an *excellent communicator* (I live on the Sunshine Coast, QLD) and he's rung me several times! PLUS he has an amazing work ethic and vision for the task. He treats our property as if it is his own. He easily won the contract because he went over and above expectations - took photos of what needed doing and suggested other work. The only hiccup re: schedule is due to the lousy Waikato winter weather - which meant that Mike could not get the work done when he would have like to.
