Dm read the job description - accepted and provided a quote which was accepted. Tackled the job and partial completed stating that if anything hadn't been done would return to complete. Fully paid for the job as agreed. Sent email to explain job was partially completed arrange for a day and time to complete - from there on in excuses were made on how unable to complete the job - one being that he mis-quoted the job -mother-in-law very ill - suggested some solution to no effect.

"Talked over the phone on what area needs to be done all so worked on a public holiday with no extra charge.all so as for my mother in law was ill she died on the 19th of feb the day you left this review she was given 2 weeks to live so you can rant off all about my work because I had more important things to worry about and I was happy with what I done at your rental"
