55 units individually owned, virtually all have Buxus hedging aged between newly planted running through coming up 3 years old. Some owners trim their own hedging but maybe 30+ want someone to do it for them. Body Corporate requires these to be trimmed to a uniform height on a regular basis This work could lead to further gardening work
