Garden tidy up

My large garden has been neglected and needs tidied up. Trees trimmed, weeding and weed spraying plus laying more bark. Some plants need replaced so need advice on which plants to replace them with. Approx 10 hrs work immediately then 2-3hrs week maintenance after that
