General tidy up and landscaping

I'm looking for a general tidy up in the garden. Ideally someone who is able to start with the general tidy up, maintain it on a monthly basis, and the help us to design and implement the garden over the coming two years as the budget allows. The first part is the general tidy up and monthly maintenance.
