Garden tidy up, minor landscaping, and section tidy up / rubbish removal

We are preparing our house for sale, and need a general tidy up of the front and rear gardens, and side of house.. Weeding, some new annuals planted, a few plants removed - though nothing too major. Possibly bark or similar put down on the side part of the house between house and a hedge about a metre away. There is also some rubbish to be removed - old pieces of wood, tree cuttings, and some miscellaneous rubbish to be taken to the tip (probably a large trailer load or small truck load). We are also wanting some basic landscaping done to finish the back section. Small stone path, possibly some pavers, whatever is needed to freshen it up and make it look more tidy- this part of the job would have a set budget for stones/pavers, etc of maximum $500. Job preferably to be done around end of July / beginning August.
