Property tidy up

Small/medium section needs a big clean up, getting overgrown. Lawn, weeds, spraying, a few branches but no trees/hedges need work. House has been sold, empty for a few months, want to get it nice and tidy for the new owners. 100m2 lawn, 600m2 section. Greenwaste would need to be removed, note that it’s footpath access - 50m up a hill.
