Tidy up section ready for sale
Job description
We are looking for section with overgrown greenery to be tidied up in preparation for the house to be sold. Looking for work to be done some time either 20-22 Jan or 27-29 Jan. Location is Avonhead Christchurch, Specifically the work we require to be done is as follows (photos give a sense of the state of the garden growth): - Trimming trees and shrubs back which are currently encroaching on 20 metres of driveway ( see photo) -Weeding driveway and along fence-line. (see photo) -Removal of ivy along garden floor (see photo) - Trimming trees and shrubs in back courtyard ( about 15 Metres of shrubs as per photo). -Weeding of courtyard Garden ( see photo) -Removal of weeds from between paving stones in the courtyard ( see photo) -REPLACING THE PAVING SAND that will likely come out with removal of weeds. - Removal of weeds from back of section ( not photographed) Area is ~30 square metres and weeds are not dense but scattered here and there) - After the weeding above we require placement of fine bark around back of section ( Same 30 square metres as above) over existing weed mat. - Removal of all waste -Cleaning of gutters - 2 bedroom house

Great job. Huge improvement to the property and did some really nice shaping of the shrubs a little bit different to the usual "ball". Would recommend.
