What was competed was done well ,however things discussed weren't done. This man plays on words. MAKE SURE EVERY little detail is spelled out in his quote and worded the way you discuss with him. He didnt complete some areas and did different to discussed. When you try to talk with him about it , all he'll say is check your contract! I would not recommend him,not because of his workmanship but because of his attitude and manipulation of words. He will post photos,but not of areas he didnt comp

"EVERYTHING IN THE CONTRACT WAS COMPLETED, YOU VISITED THE SITE ON 3 OCCASIONS DURING THAT WEEK AND EVEN REQUESTED EXTRA WORK WHICH YOU PAID FOR, WHICH WAS NOT IN THE CONTRACT, THAT'S HOW HAPPY YOU WERE WITH MY WORK. SUDDENLY YOU EXPECTED DISCOUNTS WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY. YOU ALSO TOOK 3 DAYS TO PAY OUT OF SPITE BECAUSE YOU DID NOT GET YOUR WAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OTHER TRADIE WORK FOR YOU. YOU ARE A CHANCER AND A LIAR!! MY QUOTES, ARE VERY, VERY CLEAR!"
